Cancellation & Refund Policy

The short version: you are not charged until an operator accepts, and you are never charged for a flight that does not happen because of weather.

Before an operator accepts

Nothing is charged while a request is pending, so cancelling before acceptance costs you nothing. If the operator declines, or does not answer within the response window, the request lapses at no cost.

After confirmation

More than 24 hours before departure: cancel free of charge, and any payment taken is refunded in full.

Within 24 hours of departure: the operator has committed crew and aircraft, and the charge stands. Individual operators may be more generous; we will always ask on your behalf.

Weather cancellations

If the operator cancels for weather or any other operational reason, you choose between a rescheduled date and a full refund. You are never charged for a flight that did not take place.

In monsoon (June to August) cancellation is common. Build spare days into your plans rather than counting on a single date.

Shared departures that do not fill

A group-share departure needs a minimum number of seats sold. If it does not reach that minimum, the operator will offer you another date, an upgrade to private charter at the private rate, or a full refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds usually take five to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Medical evacuation

Medevac flights are not cancellable once tasked, and the flight is billed by the operator that flew it. Cover for the aircraft and everyone aboard is the operator's, and we verify it is current before they can be tasked at all.
