Terms & Conditions
Heli Nepal is a booking marketplace. We do not own aircraft, employ flight crew, or hold an Air Operator Certificate. Every flight is operated by an independent, CAAN-certified operator who is solely responsible for the conduct and safety of that flight.

What we do
We list helicopter routes and the prices at which certified Nepali operators offer them, and we pass your booking request to the operator you select.
A request is not a booking. It becomes a contract only when the operator accepts it, and that contract is between you and the operator.
Operator certification
We verify that each listed operator holds a current Air Operator Certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, and we remove listings when a certificate lapses.
We do not audit maintenance, crew training or flight operations. Those are matters for the regulator and the operator.
Prices
Prices shown are set by the operator and quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise. They may change until an operator confirms your request.
Prices in this demo build are indicative market rates and are not contracted quotes.
Weather and operational decisions
Himalayan flying is weather-dependent. The decision to fly, delay or cancel belongs to the operator's pilot in command and is final.
We will not pressure an operator to fly, and you should be suspicious of any intermediary who would.
Weight declarations
You must declare passenger weights honestly. Helicopter performance at altitude depends on total mass, and an operator may refuse carriage, split a landing, or amend an itinerary if actual weights exceed those declared.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the service we provide: listing offers and transmitting your request. Claims arising from the flight itself lie against the operator.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Nepali law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
